A nine-hole golf course is located at Independence Park on U.S. 183 South and winds along the Guadalupe River on either side of the bridge. R.V. sites with full hook ups are available. For more information call 830-672-2815. Disc Golf Enjoy an 18-hole disc golf course and a historical 1825 walk through the capital of Green DeWitt's Colony. The PDGA-standard course is located on East Avenue, one mile east of Courthouse Square. Score cards, course maps, equipment and information are available at the Visitor Center in the chamber office. Visitors are welcome; no greens fees.
